The St-Ambroise project embodies one of Seragos' very first signature developments, completed in 2015. Located in the rapidly revitalizing St-Henri district, this duplex was completely demolished to make way for a new 2200 ft² building, designed to integrate harmoniously with the St-Pierre woonerf.

The complexity of the site - built on an old sewer - necessitated a pile foundation, ensuring the stability and durability of the new structure. Designed with great attention to detail, the building's architecture is sober and contemporary, featuring clean lines, a modern central kitchen and exceptional luminosity.

Even then, this project reflected the Seragos DNA: technical rigor, rapid execution (9 months on site), and top-of-the-range finishing.
