The Connaught project is a new-build development in Montreal, due for delivery in 2024, designed entirely in the spirit of relaxed luxury.Inspired by the Californian minimalist style,the residence offers a refined aesthetic where every line, every material, every opening serves a single purpose: to enhance natural light and create a harmonious dialogue between interior and exterior.

Right from the façade, the tone is set: straight lines, assertive volume, a play of textures in brick, wood and metal, and abundant fenestration that invites light to permeate every space. Inside, the design relies on noble materials - textured wood, natural stone, brushed brass - and meticulous details that give the whole a sophisticated yet welcoming appearance.

The architectural concept is based on the continuity of spaces: terraces are treated as natural extensions of the living room and kitchen, oversized openings abolish the visual boundary with the outside, and unobstructed ceilings create a fluid, almost meditative atmosphere.

Conceived and completed in just 5 months,the Connaught project reflects a complete mastery of execution, combined with a precise vision of what a bright, comfortable and highly-designed home can be.
