The Angers project is a perfect example of controlled architectural recovery. The building, a duplex left in limbo after incomplete renovations, was taken in hand by Seragos to turn it into a top-of-the-range finished product, ready to be lived in.

The intervention was comprehensive and structured: complete renovation of the structure, reworking of abandoned finishes, optimization of volumes and integration of a radiant floor system covering the basement and first floor. All with a view to comfort, durability and elegance

To the rear, a 2819 ft² plot has been fully landscaped, with wooden fencing, a custom-made terrace and an open-air relaxation area. The outdoor living space thus becomes a natural extension of the interior, perfect for today's urban lifestyle.
