The Beaulieu project was born of an atypical context: a burnt-out and uninhabitable former shoebox located in the heart of a residential area of Montreal. This disaster paved the way for a complete transformation opportunity, which Seragos seized with rigor and creativity.
After demolishing the existing building, the team developed a new 5300 ft² triplex, designed to meet today's standards of comfort and efficiency. The architectural design takes its inspiration from the surrounding buildings, while adding a modern touch through the choice of materials, volumes and openings.
The building features radiant underfloor heating in the basement, ensuring energy efficiency and optimum comfort in all seasons. The project is also distinguished by a roof terracerare in the sector, which extends the living space outwards with an unobstructed view.
Delivered in just 6 months, the Beaulieu triplex is an excellent example of rapid, sustainable new construction, perfectly integrated into its urban context.
